What to include when you need help.
Email support@runharvester.com with:
- the request ID and endpoint;
- the timestamp and account identifier;
- route mode and relevant validation fields;
- the HTTP status and error code;
- a redacted response body and a description of the expected result.
Never include API keys, cookies, authorization headers, or unredacted target credentials.
